Our goals as trainer is very simple at Crossfit Bonedale. We are hard working and dedicated to help you achieve the goals you have set for yourself. We will push the limits and daily test your fortitude. Our program is difficult yet fun, you will achieve your goals.

Your Trainers

Robbie Davis

Robbie has been an athlete his entire life, enjoying all forms of sports, from baseball to rugby he has competed at national levels.  Robbie came to the Roaring Fork Valley in 1995 to get away from the city and build a life in the mountains.  Upon arrival he joined the Gentlemen of Aspen Rugby club and won multiple national championships.  After rugby, he dove into the sports of, Adventure racing and triathlons.  Robbie found CrossFit in 2010 and immediately fell in love with the training program.  He decided to open a CrossFit affiliate, hence, CrossFit Bonedale was born.  Even as a new comer to the sport, Robbie excelled at CrossFit and within a year of finishing the foundations course, he had qualified for the 2011, Southwest Regionals.  This was just the beginning of his journey with CrossFit.  Robbie qualified again, for the regionals in 2012.  In 2013, Robbie qualified and  made it to the “CrossFit Games”, in Carson California, where he placed 6th, in the world, in the 40-44 division.

Robbie has a passion for not only pushing his own boundaries, but helping people accomplish whatever their goals are, weather it is to loose weight, get stronger for endurance sports,i.e.; rugby, football, mtn. biking or just recreational fitness.   He loves to guide them through, to the satisfaction of achieving,  the goals people have set for themselves.  Form and function, is not just what CrossFit preaches.   Robbie also spends more time on creating muscle memory, so that proper form is used throughout the workouts from,  Oly liftts, to gymnastics.   Robbie”s philosophy is “If your form is correct, the movement should feel easy”.
