We require all of our beginning CrossFitters to take the Foudations class.
The Foundations course is an intensive on the Crossfit methodology. During this course you will learn proper technique of the basic movements used throughout the CrossFit workouts.
We know that you may already be fit and strong, but you can only build a house that will last on a strong foundation, and with proper technique, strength and condition come much easier.
When you have finished the foundations course you are ready to jump into the group classes and strut your stuff.
Group classes not your thing? Want more one on one time with an instructor? No worries, both the Foundation course and daily workouts can be done as a private or as couples. Give us a call or write and we will get you dialed in.
